- lead on the project management of major initiatives or projects that the team have in place,
- support the delivery of change management plans related to people analytics programmes, tools, and processes,
- assist in identifying and assessing the impact of change on employees, teams, and functions,
- help to design and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities that support awareness, understanding, and adoption,
- partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand local change needs and ensure alignment across regions and functions,
- track and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback,
- maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to support the Change Lead and project team,
- contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices from change initiatives,
- help to promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and inclusion throughout the change lifecycle.
- degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field,
- experience in supporting organisational change projects, ideally within HR or data-driven environments,
- strong project coordination and organisational skills, with attention to detail,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions,
- comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced, complex environment,
- a collaborative mindset and a passion for improving employee experience through thoughtful change delivery,
- collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams,
- a passion for using data and psychology to create more effective, inclusive, and human-centred workplaces,
- strong understanding of HR functional areas, People related data and business strategy alignment,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
