- responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the team,

- provides regular and timely feedback to direct reports',
- manages the staffing movements talking into account the expectations of employees, the needs of the team and the entity, facilitates change at team level,
- applies company policies and procedures in managing direct reports,
- applying and improving work methods.
- experience in a management position in an international corporation,
- experience in Customer Service/ Order Management,
- advanced knowledge of Italian (C1/C2),
- communicative knowledge of English (min. B2),
- strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills,
- proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
