your tasks- B2B customer support - acting as the first point of contact for our business customers, providing professional telephone communication
- order management - registration of orders, coordination, and planning of deliveries
- issue resolution - efficiently handling all customer complaints and inquiries
- business consultation - supporting customers by suggesting alternatives and providing product advice
- internal cooperation - collaborating closely with other departments to effectively resolve reported issues
- min. 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service (order management / claims / contact center)
- fluent in English at B2/C1 level
- proficiency at C1 level in one or more of: Danish, Swedish or Finnish
- customer focus and proven ability to build long-term relationships
- excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- experience with SAP or Salesforce systems (highly welcome)
