B2B customer support - acting as the first point of contact for our business customers, providing professional e-mail communication
order management - registration of orders, coordination, and planning of deliveries
issue resolution - efficiently handling all customer complaints and inquiries
business consultation - supporting customers by suggesting alternatives and providing product advice
internal cooperation - collaborating closely with other departments to effectively resolve reported issues
min. 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service (order management / claims / contact center)
fluent in English at B2/C1 level
proficiency at B2 level in one or more of: Portuguese / Spanish / Hungarian / Czech / Polish / Russian
customer focus and proven ability to build long-term relationships
problem-solving mindset
excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
experience with SAP or Salesforce systems (highly welcome)
