We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative with English and French to join to the team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the key customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with global clients.

- Handle customer transactions and inquiries related to order management, order status, back orders, and delivery confirmations
- Proactively work with key accounts to identify improvement initiatives and maximize overall service performance
- Review purchase orders to ensure compliance with company terms
- Conduct service process analysis to drive improvements in cycle time and on-time delivery
- Partner with internal teams from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Complaint Handling to manage customer requirements effectively
- Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries to provide end-to-end process visibility for assigned business teams
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and actively participate in continuous improvement projects (LSS projects)
- Fluency in both English and French (min.B2)
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into internal actions
- A team player who is persistent and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and confidently (both via telephone and face-to-face)
- High affinity for using software solutions, including SAP and Salesforce (or similar)
- Eagerness and capability to improve service and logistics processes
