handling customer inquiries through the ticketing systemcollaboration with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain,
Finance) to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service deliverymaintaining accurate customer data and documentation in
relevant systems (such as SAP, CRM)identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
and actively participating in service excellence initiativeswhat we expect
- preferably college or university degree in Business
Administration, Communication, or related fields - languages: Proficient English(B1/B2) and Polish (verbal and written) is mandatory
- In addition, fluent (C1) German or French or Dutch or
Swedish or Ukrainian or Russian or Turkish is require - strong communication and interpersonal skills
- analytical thinking and attention to detail
- excellent digital and system skills
- team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- nice to have first experience in customer-facing roles (e.g.,
customer service, sales support, call center) is highly desirable - availability to work in Poznań in a hybrid mode (50/50)
