What will your tasks involve?
- Security Process & Requirements Management: Execute the Security Engineering Process according to UNECE and ISO 21434, including risk analyses, protection concepts, and security requirements management.
- Cyberattack & Threat Analysis: Analyze potential cybersecurity attacks, manipulations, and errors, as well as their effects on vehicle systems.
- Communication Interface Analysis: Perform systematic analysis of communication interfaces and communication behavior in embedded automotive systems.
- Vector Research & Evaluation: Analyze test results to determine further attack vectors and research existing attacks on corresponding systems.
- ASPICE Compliance: Work in line with Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity frameworks (SEC.1-4, MAN.7, ACQ.2, ACQ.4).
What we expect from you?
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications & Standards: ISO 21434 Certification and knowledge of UNECE / Automotive Cybersecurity standards.
- Languages: Good German (min. B1) and good English (min. B2) skills in speaking and writing.
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of automotive embedded systems and embedded software development (e.g., in C).
- Understanding of basics of communication via field buses (CAN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Practical background in Requirements Engineering and UML.
- Knowledge of modern encryption algorithms (including post-quantum cryptography).
- Knowledge regarding malware analysis, virtualization, Linux, and reverse engineering.
- Tools & Tech Stack: Hands-on experience or familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CANoe, Enterprise Architect, and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, technical problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.
