your tasks
- represent the EPC Contractor on-site, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering and construction functions
- leading daily construction operations on behalf of the EPC Contractor
- ensure smooth execution of marine, civil, mechanical, and tunneling works on site
- oversee day-to-day site activities, supervising site teams and ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards
- act as a primary interface with subcontractors during site execution
- facilitate coordination across multidisciplinary teams including marine works, tunneling, and offshore pipeline interfaces
what we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- minimum 4 years of experience in project management roles within the oil&gas or offshore construction sectors
- minimum 2 years of experience specifically in FSRU, LNG terminals, or large-scale marine infrastructure
- strong site-based leadership experience on complex construction projects is essential
- strong understanding of construction planning, coordination, and execution
- proficient in English with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
