The initial integration is complete, and the real transformation is underway. You will join the company as a key operational partner to the CEO and the Management Board. Beyond providing day-to-day operational support to the Executive Office, this role offers a unique opportunity to actively participate in various strategic projects. - support the CEO and the leadership team in daily operations and initiative execution
- actively contribute to the execution of selected, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives
- assist decision-making through data analysis
- prepare reports, dashboards, and board/investor materials
- assist in coordinating internal communication and fostering collaboration across departments
- track and report progress on company-wide priorities (e.g., product development, production upgrades, commercial excellence)
- liaise with external stakeholders (e.g., partners, advisors)
- independently run smaller projects or selected workstreams
- identify potential process bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- support with issue resolution and time-sensitive problem-solving efforts
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- strong analytical skills and Excel modeling proficiency
- experience in international or fast-scaling environments
- project management experience would be an additional advantage
- fluency in English and Polish
