your tasks
- act as the primary point of coordination between engineering teams and site execution
- lead the review and implementation of engineering methods, technical procedures, and method statements for all construction activities
- ensure compliance of site activities with approved design documents, codes, and standards
- oversee technical field support for marine works, LNG terminal facilities, and supporting infrastructure
- facilitate resolution of technical issues arising during construction, especially in marine piling, concrete works, and structural elements
- support construction progress by ensuring timely design clarifications and approvals
- interface with the engineering and supervision representatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering
- minimum 5 years of field-based engineering coordination experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- proven experience in marine construction, preferably including LNG terminals or offshore platforms
- strong knowledge of construction methodology, site engineering and approval processes
- excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead in fast-paced environments
- fluency in English
- full-time site based presence in Gdańsk
