We are seeking a Finance Assistant to be part of our client's Finance team, supporting their daily accounting, tax, and reporting functions!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial experience in the field (internship or similar) to further develop their skills within one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, home to iconic and trusted brands. Please note that this role requires the successful candidate to work full-time.

- support in preparing various accounting and tax reports (e.g. statistical reports, National Bank submissions, payment backlog summaries)
- assist in the document archiving process (document lists, binder control, retention period tracking)
- prepare data for withholding tax (WHT) reporting
- issue miscellaneous sales invoices (e.g. internal recharges)
- participate in the physical inventory of fixed assets
- support ongoing tasks within accounting, tax, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) areas
- handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- degree (or in-progress studies) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- initial work experience in a finance/accounting-related role (e.g. internship, part-time job)
- strong command of MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and handling large datasets)
- advanced English skills, both spoken and written (daily communication in English required)
- strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- high attention to detail and good organizational skills
