Sales and Fleet Team Leader:
- Team Leadership & Coordination: managing and mentoring a team of specialists, ensuring the best possible results,
- Billing Operations Oversight: supervise the creation and validation of billing documents (invoices, credit/debit memos); ensure proper execution of billing ; monitor monthly billing activities
- Pricing Validation & Uploads: supervise validation of pricing for sales orders and purchase orders; coordinate with pricing analysts and agents to ensure timely resolution of flagged pricing issues
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze monthly billing reports, including volume, accuracy, and turnaround KPIs,
- Compliance & Audit Readiness: ensure all billing activities adhere to legal, regulatory standards across EMEA
- Process Improvement: identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Fleet Team Leader:
- Team Leadership & Coordination: managing and mentoring a team of specialists, ensuring the best possible results,; acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues,
- Fleet administration: monitoring key performance indicators related to fleet operations
- Financial & administrative management: financial management, minimizing administrative costs; streamlining daily processes, including technical aspects, minimizing order processing times,
- Operational Excellence & Reporting: preparing and presenting reports to management; supporting internal audits
Sales Team Leader:
- Team Leadership & Coordination: managing and mentoring a team of specialists, ensuring the best possible results,
- Discount & Rebate Oversight: supervising the application and validation of discounts, monitoring the calculation and settlement of discounts
- Customer Claims Management: overseeing the registration and processing of customer claims; monitoring claims processing trends and proposing process improvements to reduce the number of claims and improve customer satisfaction,
- Operational Excellence & Reporting: ensuring compliance and integrity of customer data and transaction system; Prepare and present operational reports to management
- financial or economic education,
- 4 years of professional experience in customer service, finance or administration,
- experience in team management,
- very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
- knowledge of additional foreign languages at B2 level will be an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforce
- excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
