your tasks
- define and lead the global People Analytics strategy aligned with HR and overall business priorities.
- drive a data-driven decision-making culture in partnership with the CPO, GBS, and business leaders.
- oversee the full analytics lifecycle—from data quality and governance to visualization and storytelling.
- develop advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling and AI/ML-driven insights.
- deliver actionable insights across key areas such as talent acquisition, emerging talent, engagement, retention, performance, learning, and rewards.
- collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, GBS, and external technology partners.
- influence senior stakeholders through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations.
- lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, data governance and compliance experts.
- foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and analytical excellence.
- establish and maintain data quality standards, security protocols, and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- translate complex business problems and concepts into data-driven solutions and insights.
- identify and build new team capabilities in line with evolving business needs and future demands.
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- fluency in English
- 10+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or related HR data functions in large, complex organizations.
- proven track record of building and leading high-impact analytics teams and driving strategic business outcomes, across a large Global company.
- expertise in data visualisation (e.g., Power BI,) statistical tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
- deep understanding of HR functional areas, People related data and business strategy alignment.
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
