- Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities and internal processes are fully compliant with Polish labor regulations.
- HR Policy Implementation: Adapting and rolling out group-level HR policies and procedures within the Polish branch.
- Managerial Support: Acting as a partner for Team Leaders, advising them on people management and employee relations.
- Organizational Culture: Actively shaping the company culture through feedback initiatives and integration activities.
- Performance Management: Overseeing and coordinating the annual performance review process and feedback cycles.
- Payroll Coordination: Preparing monthly data for the external payroll provider and verifying the accuracy of pay runs.
- Benefits Administration: Managing external benefit platforms (e.g., medical care, sports cards), including enrollments and cancellations.
- In-house Recruitment: Handling end-to-end recruitment for junior roles, from job postings to initial soft-skills interviews.
- Agency Partnership: Coordinating external recruitment efforts by defining candidate profiles and reviewing agency shortlists.
- Employee Lifecycle & Admin: Managing the full employee journey, including onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP, Junior HRBP, or HR Specialist role.
- Expertise in Polish labor law – you stay up-to-date with regulations and ensure full compliance.
- Fluency in English (min. B2) for seamless communication in an international team.
- Recruitment experience – you are skilled at sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews.
- Understanding of payroll and benefits – you have experience coordinating with external providers.
- Strong interpersonal skills – you are a natural at building trust with both employees and managers.
- Conscientiousness and attention to detail – you appreciate tasks being completed precisely the first time.
- Proactivity and independence – you take ownership of HR processes and solve problems effectively.
- Higher education in HR, psychology, management, or a related field.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Dutch or experience with behavioral tools (e.g., DISC)
