We are seeking someone passionate about building positive employee relations and supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective HR strategies.
Work location: Warsaw Ochota (next to the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station).

- Professional experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, etc., preferably in the digital/technology service sector or in an international organization.
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Knowledge of labor law and local HR regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at various levels of the organization.
- Internal customer focus and business acumen.
- Openness to learning, new challenges, and a dynamic work environment.
- Understanding of the specifics of working in global structures.
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Very good work organization and attention to detail.
