your tasks
- prepare, maintain and update employee records
- prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, regulations, employment contracts and recruitment guides
- review and renew company policies and legal compliance
- manage benefits
- report regularly on HR KPIs
- act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries
- assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, holiday and sick days taken
- support employer branding activities
- onboard of new hires and exit management
- support recruitment activities
- assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary
what we expect
- a degree in either HR, management or a business-related field
- previous experience in the HR field
- knowledge of employment labour law to ensure HR department confirms to these
- the ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently
- excellent planning and organizational skills
- good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business
- understanding of various HR software systems
- proactivity and flexibility attitude
