- conception and further development through to implementation of the certificate creation process,
- communication (in German) with employees and managers, HQ Colleagues in the department.
- professional experience in a similar position,
- experience in creating certificates (employment reference letter),
- experience in German social security law, tax law, and labor law,
- proficient in English and German,
- good verbal and written communication skills,
- excellent teamwork skills,
- knowledge of SAP HCM, Aconso (personnel file), MS365.
