your tasks
- ensuring a smooth interface and coordination of processes between the HQ in Germany and the SSC HR Service, as well as participating in the processes,
- participation in the assigned processes of Specialist Travel Management, HR Administrator, and HR Service Specialist,
- leading and supporting a small HR team, fostering the professional development of team members, and ensuring high service quality in relation to the tasks assigned to the team,
- overseeing and continuously improving the HR processes undertaken to ensure efficiency and accuracy,
- ensuring compliance with legal and internal company regulations for the processes
undertaken, - taking on daily HR tasks related to the responsibilities of the team, especially in situations of
representation but also through the permanent assumption of defined tasks. These can include, for example, travel expense reports, creation of employment contracts, SAP HCM entries, or the creation of work certificates.
what we expect
- experience in a leadership position in a international corporation (small team),
- experience in administrative and organizational HR processes,
- proficient in English and German,
- higher education in a specialized field,
- knowledge of German social security law, tax law and labor law,
- excellent teamwork skills and high attention to detail.
