your tasks
- process and manage day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate personnel
records in compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR. - prepare employment documentation and ensure proper archiving of personnel files
and updating them in paper & - resolving assigned requests, proactively monitor and progress them
(ServiceNow, or similar) to ensure timely and efficient resolution in accordance with
SLAs. - support monthly payroll processes by preparing, collecting, checking, and submitting
necessary data to payroll providers; - preparing and admin employee benefits and respond to employee queries on HR
processes, policies, payroll, and benefits. - serve as a first point of contact for employees & Managers regarding HR processes,
policies, labor law, and workplace issues. - maintain up-to-date knowledge and proactively update all the changes in
employment law and best practices. - prepare required HR reports and data for both local and global management as
needed.
what we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related
field. - minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or people operations role, preferably within
an international or matrix environment. - solid understanding of Polish labor law, HR policies, and best practices.
- experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or similar) and MS Office
suite. - fluent in Polish and English
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective
relationships at all organizational levels and a strong customer-oriented approach. - attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
