your tasks
- supporting the team in providing a high quality depositary monitoring service to
ensure that clients comply with the regulatory rules and in accordance with corporate
trusteeship responsibilities, - maintaining excellent relationships with clients, Fiduciary countries, Fund administrators, third party vendors, communicating with them in a professional, clear and concise manner, meeting all deadlines,
- investigating and validating portfolio managers exceptions / breaches towards UCITS
/ AIFMD regulations in post trade compliance application, - clarifying and resolving inconsistencies between data reflected by business and supplied
by the customer, - participating in projects as assigned, demonstrating self initiative, leading / co-leading certain projects activities, providing regular status update,
- timely answering to the standard and non-standard questions / queries related to the
duties performed by maintaining an appropriate level of business correspondence, - taking over Supervisor's duties related to the management of the process during
leaders absences, - coordination of the new clients / processes / solutions onboarding in the team /
department.
what we expect
- at least 3 years of experience within Financial or other related services (ideally in Investment Funds area),
- advanced English skills (written and spoken),
- being able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive environment and not afraid of multitasking,
- openess to new professional challenges, participating in global financial world projects,
- a people person, open to delivering superior customer service,
- motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented person
- pro-active team player but also able to work independently (with no direct supervision).
