- verifying the compliance of invoices with purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt confirmations (GRs)
- monitoring payment deadlines and ensuring available discounts are applied
- clarifying document flow blockages and resolving system discrepancies
- providing suppliers and business units with information on payment status
- posting reserves and verifying account balances at the end of the month
- reporting process errors, supporting audits, and testing systems
- university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Linguistic studies (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean philology)
- experience in accounting, customer service, or administration is a plus, but we also welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn P2P processes from scratch.
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Chinese at a minimum of B2 level
- knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- proactive and organized approach with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow within the team
