For our client, which operates in the Environmental Services and Resource Management sectors, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Contract Counsel/Contract Manager (6-month assignment) with strong expertise in Polish commercial, civil, and corporate law to oversee, draft, and manage our contractual agreements in Poland.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local legal requirements, mitigate risks, and support the business in achieving strategic objectives through effective contract lifecycle management.

your tasks
- draft, review, and negotiate our commercial agreements with public authorities and
private partners and subcontractors, in Polish and English - support dispute resolution, claims management, and liaise with external counsel
when required - maintain organized contract databases and tracking systems to ensure deadlines,
renewals, and obligations are met - act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contractual
obligations, risks, and rights - manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution,
amendment, and renewal - ensure all contractual terms are compliant with Polish law and aligned with corporate
policies and business objectives
what we expect
- law degree (LL.M. or Master’s in Law) with a specialization or strong focus on Polish
civil and commercial law - at least 5+ years of experience in contract management, corporate legal, or
commercial law practice - strong understanding of the Polish Civil Code, Commercial Companies Code, and
labor law regulations - proven track record of negotiating and drafting complex contracts in Polish and
English - excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- high attention to detail, with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs
- fluency in Polish (native or near-native) and strong business-level English
