your tasks
- coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between onshore and offshore sites
- liaise with customs, port authorities, and local agencies for import/export clearance
- manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers (transport, warehousing, freight)
- ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and documentation requirements
- support vessel and crew logistics, including accommodation, travel, and provisioning
- monitor and report on logistics KPIs, delivery schedules, and vendor performance
- assist in emergency logistics response and contingency planning
- maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and correspondence
- bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years experience in logistics or operations, preferably in oil & gas or offshore construction
- strong knowledge of local regulatory and customs processes
- excellent communication and negotiation skills with local and international stakeholders
- fluent in English and Polish
- proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, CargoWise, or similar)
