We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Azure Lead Developer to take technical ownership of large-scale enterprise solutions for a leading global financial institution. In this role, you will design, customize, and integrate mission-critical CRM platforms within a highly secure, modern banking architecture.
What will your tasks involve?
- Interpret complex business requirements and customize Dynamics 365 for Sales to deliver tailored enterprise functionality.
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations connecting CRM with external systems using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
- Develop custom business logic, plugins, workflows, and Canvas Apps/Pages across the Microsoft technology stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code backed by robust unit tests and automated mocking.
- Ensure code security, performance, and adherence to enterprise financial-grade architecture standards.
What we expect from you?
- 8 years of Dynamics 365 for Sales implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 4 complete life cycle implementations handson technical experience of Dynamics 365 for Sales online is a must.
- Experience using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM.
- Able to interpret requirement and customize CRM to achieve asked functionality.
- Experience building solutions using Power Platform tools.
- Experience on Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365 Platform.
- Microsoft Net stack will be familiar with NET 462.
- Excellent C and JavaScript programming skills.
- At least 3 years of handson Azure apps development experience.
- At least 2 years of handson experience working on Azure Function App Insights Azure Service Bus.
- Handson Integration experience with other systems using Azure technologies such as Functions and Service Bus.
- Experience on Azure Functions App Insights and Azure Service Bus.
- Test driven techniques including TDD automated unit testing and mocking.
- Exposure to writing C Unit Tests using framework such as NUnit FakeXrmEasy Moq.
- Authentication and authorization using frameworks such as OAuth 20 MSAL.
- Comfortable working with GIT source control.
