- Lead and coordinate all online marketing activities for the Webshop.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (B2B & B2C), taking ownership of both content and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement a content strategy for all company's brands featured in the webshop. Collaborate with product teams to create high-quality content pages, ensuring excellent customer experience (CX) and tracking results.
- Manage on-site SEO, including planning, content development, and performance reporting.
- Oversee and enhance various digital marketing campaigns across the company's Webshop platform.
- Own the digital CRM roadmap for the webshop, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and end-to-end customer journey optimization.
- Collaborate with global teams to align webshop marketing and content strategies, supporting spare parts sales growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all digital marketing needs related to webshop development. Work in close partnership with the Webshop Product Owner.
- Deliver performance reports and insights on marketing campaigns to management and product stakeholders.
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related industry
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus
- Proven track record in B2B marketing environments
- Ability to manage complex tasks and effectively prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords) and understanding of sales attribution models
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail
