For our Client, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order to Invoice Specialist with French language skills to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end order process — from order creation to invoicing — while working closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers.

- Learn to manage the Order to Invoice process following CP standards,
- Create manual orders (revenue and non-revenue) by request and by exception,
- Order Validation, Order maintenance and Delivery Creation,
- Utilize TMS to consolidate orders/deliveries into optimized shipments (where applicable),
- Collaborate with logistics teams for delivery optimization,
- Follow up on delivery exceptions, refusals, and process return orders (post-approval),
- Monitor and follow up on invoice processing,
- Support effective communication related to: new item launches, SKU transitions or substitutions, prolonged stock issues,
- Work closely with local Customer Development Teams (CDTs) and logistics to resolve order and delivery issues,
- Highlight delivery/distribution challenges and special customer requirements to logistics teams,
- Support and enforce predefined sales terms and conditions in alignment with local CDT/commercial teams
- Collaborate with CDTs to determine action on customer returns and refusal,
- Use SAP for efficient order processing and fulfillment while minimizing manual intervention,
- Take ccountability for Customer Service KPIs and initiate corrective actions when needed,
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices through to billing documents in SAP.
