- manage payment proposals, process bank statements, and handle accounting for both customers and suppliers
- ensure all payments follow legal regulations and company guidelines while meeting strict deadlines
- support the payment software by reporting issues, requesting technical updates, and coordinating improvements
- help move new company entities into the global payment system and validate their financial data
- act as a main point of contact for global users and partners to resolve questions regarding payment tools or processes
- prepare financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything is transparent and correct
- identify and implement new ideas to make payment workflows more efficient and standardized across the company
- train new team members and act as a backup for colleagues when needed
- university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- minimum 2 years of experience in bank statement management and/or payment management and processing payments
- understanding of payment processing and bank statement accounting
- understanding of Invoice to Pay and Invoice to Cash processes
- fluency in English, both written and spoken
- experience in working with the ERP systems, preferably SAP and Swift, Service Now
- systematic, organized, and proactive approach to daily tasks
- strong problem-solving capabilities and a development-oriented attitude
- excellent customer service skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships in a team
- cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a global environment
