Currently, for our client - an international company from the engineering sector - we are looking for a person for the position of Payroll Specialist with German.

your tasks
- support Austrian payroll processes and ensure smooth and timely execution,
- maintain employee data and ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements,
- be a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related topics,
- collaborate with colleagues and external partners to solve day-to-day challenges,
- contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives,
- you will take part in a one-month onboarding program in Austria.
- experience in HR and/or payroll,
- excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken) – min. B2,
- strong communication skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage time, organize and prioritize tasks independently,
- experience working with Microsoft office packages,
- collaborative, flexible, resourceful, desire to grow, learn and advance.
