For our client, a dynamically growing SSC, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist with French and Polish to support the HR team.

your tasks
- make a difference by handling employee processes and requests in French
- collaborate with colleagues locally & across the EMEA region
- maintain employee data in local and global systems ensuring consistent data quality
- make recommendations for process improvements and innovations to drive efficiency
- support with HR analytics and reporting
- take part in the HR transformation projects
- university degree within HR, Business Administration or equivalent education
- first experience in HR will be a big advantage
- availability to start work from 01.09.2025,
- very good knowledge of French, English and Polish (min. B2)
- ability to manage time, organize and prioritize tasks independently
- positive can-do-mindset, collaborative, flexible, resourceful, desire to grow, learn and advance
