• Lead transition projects at Operations site (work transfer MAKE/BUY to MAKE) from
  planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Monitor project progress and regularly report status to management and key
  stakeholders
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues efficiently
• Develop detailed project plans and collaborate closely with Manufacturing
  Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Production teams
