Collaboration with dedicated PMOs and Project Managers across multiple strategic projects (Team size: 5-8)
Remote or hybrid work (Office in Warsaw)
Standard working hours (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
- acting as a key liaison, facilitating clear and timely communication between project teams, management, and external partners in both English and German
- ensuring seamless project execution and clear reporting across the portfolio
- ensure strict adherence to PMO standards, the PRINCE2 Agile methodology, and established management reporting requirements
- monitor project progress, track risks, and manage issues, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- actively engage in assigned projects by becoming familiar with the project scope and participating in relevant meetings
- contribute to the structuring and tracking of project activities as a core member of the project team
- prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- conduct training or moderate workshops for project teams as required.
- enhance project visibility by proposing communications through internal channels (e.g., intranet updates)
- maintain accurate project documentation and ensure full compliance with PMO processes.
- proven project management experience (minimum 3–5 years)
- Fluency in English and Business German is mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international setting.
- Experience with SAP - nice to have
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, suitable for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
