- Drive transformation: Support and lead digital transformation projects, ERP rollouts, and workflow tool enhancements.
- Insightful reporting: Present clear, insightful dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Foster excellence: Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven success in leading PtP operations in a fast-paced SSC/BPO environment.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end PtP processes and shared services best practices.
- Change agent with a strong track record of driving process improvement and innovation.
- Skilled in ERP platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills—you know how to build and motivate teams.
- Confident communicator with fluency in English and strong stakeholder management abilities.
