your tasks
- develop, implement, and manage the project-specific QA/QC Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in accordance with the EPC contract
- supervise QA/QC works across disciplines including civil, mechanical, welding, NDT, and coatings.
- review and approve quality documentation, including method statements, material certificates, and inspection reports
- ensure strict compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO, API, DNV, AWS) and Employer/Client specifications
- coordinate and witness inspections for fabrication, installation, welding, NDT, coating, pressure testing, and other critical activities
- manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- liaise with Employer’s Engineer, classification societies, and third-party inspectors for quality control and verification
- lead internal and external audits, pre-commissioning inspections, and final documentation for system handover (e.g., as-built dossiers, test packs)
what we expect
- bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in offshore or marine infrastructure projects
- solid knowledge of offshore construction techniques, materials, and applicable standards (e.g., steel structures, subsea pipelines)
- preferred certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP 3.1/3.2 (Welding Inspector), NACE Coating Inspector, ASNT Level II (NDT)
- strong leadership, documentation, and coordination skills
- fluency in English (written and spoken) and very good knowledge of Polish
