your tasks
- establishing, implementing, and maintaining the project’s Document Management System using dedicated software
- ensuring accurate registration, classification, tracking, and archiving of all project documentation (related to engineering, procurement, construction, quality control, HSE, commissioning, commercial aspects, etc.)
- controlling the flow of incoming and outgoing documents between departments, subcontractors, and the client
- coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure proper document version control and distribution
- supporting the preparation of project documentation, reporting matrices, and final handover packages
- training and assisting project team members in document control processes and system usage
- maintaining up-to-date document registers, ensuring full traceability, and supporting audits and inspections
what we expect
- minimum 5 years of experience in document control on EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects
- practical knowledge of document management systems such as Meridian or similar platforms (e.g. Aconex, Asite, SharePoint)
- strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- effective communication and time management skills
- familiarity with multi-disciplinary technical documentation (engineering, quality control, HSE, etc.)
- full-time availability; on-site, construction-based role
