We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to play a central role in translating business capabilities and future-state requirements into scalable end-to-end solutions across multiple applications and technologies. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution, oversee system integrations, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle within a global enterprise environment.
What will your tasks involve?
- Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Local Market teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business capabilities and future-state requirements into end-to-end solution requirements across multiple applications and technologies.
- Assess solution options and provide effort and cost estimates for proposed initiatives.
- Design scalable and innovative IT solutions aligned with business objectives and existing system architecture.
- Analyze integration requirements and coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Lead and support cross-functional IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, architecture diagrams, user guides, and related documentation.
- Develop and execute test plans, support system testing activities, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and effective utilization of implemented solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, continuously identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and business value creation.
What we expect from you?
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst, Technical Architect, or similar IT role supporting Source-to-Pay processes.
- Strong knowledge of Progress OpenEdge enterprise application development and deployment platform created by Progress Software
- Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Business process knowledge within Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture, application design, or development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with internal and external development teams in an outsourced environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working within multicultural and global teams across different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
