We are looking for an experienced Steel Structure Fitter.
The position combines work at the production facility in Płock with field project deployments across Poland (and potential international assignments).
What we expect from you?
- technical vocational education
- experience in working in a similar position welcomed
- ability to use calipers, measuring tapes, and power tools
- technical skills and manual dexterity
- ability to read technical drawings
- communicative English skills
- readiness for long-term cooperation and field deployments
- readiness to pass a mandatory practical welding test on-site
What will your tasks involve?
- assembly and fitting works of steel structures
- reading and working with technical drawings
- operating power tools, calipers, and measuring tapes
- carrying out welding tasks both in the plant and on field construction sites
- handling steel processing and maintaining quality standards
What you can expect from us?
- competitive salary - base contract rate of 5,400 – 5,600 PLN gross / month, with realistic monthly earnings of around 8,000 PLN gross / month (including working hours and allowances)
- work 10 hours from Monday to Saturday
