- You are accountable for ensuring effectiveness and quality of select supply chain processes for the assets and products of the global SBU
- You and your team collaborate with the customer service, production planning and make-to-stock teams, logistics planning and logistics service providers as well as production, sales and logistics sourcing with the target of ensuring perfect order fulfilment, customer satisfaction and profitability
- In the role, you lead a team of professionals responsible for order delivery of the company production lines in Europe
- Your plans for availability of logistics capacity enable both your team’s work as well as provide Customer Service with crucial input on lead times
- You partner with colleagues inside company and external providers to ensure reliable and cost-efficient logistics solutions
- You proactively keep a close eye on potential deviations and take an active role in supporting the team to course-correct when exceptions occur
- Your key partners are the member of the global SBU Supply Chain management team, and together with them, you regularly contribute to development activities related to supply chain operations and digitalization
- You have proven experience (from 5 years onwards) in Supply Chain/Logistics/Order Management in an international environment
- You are comfortable with English as a working language (knowledge of other European languages is considered an asset)
- You are ready to participate in business trips to Germany/Finland or other EU destinations (once a quarter or less often)
- You have a proven leadership experience (minimum 1-2 years) and enjoy the opportunity of developing both your team and its individual members
- You have a proven track record of improving processes and ways of working
- Your excellent networking and cooperation skills allow you to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners
- You have good analytical skills and the ability to make prompt, fact-based decisions in complex situations
- You have a university degree in a relevant field of studies
- Knowledge of SAP and OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) is beneficial
