This individual oversees the entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and execution across various engineering departments.
The role is central to advancing eMobility technology, such as electric motors and power electronics, from the initial design phase to final manufacturing. Serving as the lead technical contact for customers, the SYPL directs international, multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all engineering goals, budgets, and delivery schedules are met with precision.

Manage international engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on behalf of the Client.
Drive deep-dive reviews of system requirements and integration architecture.
Interface directly with customers to define product scope and manage development milestones.
Evaluate and negotiate technical changes, ensuring the business understands the impact on timing and budget.
Balance the technical needs of power electronics and mechanical components to optimize product performance.
Develop and monitor engineering schedules to ensure testing and validation stay on track.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate engineering tasks into the larger program.
Proactively address potential project roadblocks and risks.
Allocate engineering resources effectively while staying within the approved budget.
Communicate technical progress clearly to all project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards like ASPICE, cybersecurity, and functional safety.
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a focus on electric drives or power electronics.
5+ years in automotive, with 3+ years specifically in Technical Project Management.
Hands-on expertise in eMotors, driveline systems, and hardware/software development for EVs.
A solid grasp of ASPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and Cybersecurity requirements.
Skilled in 8D, FTA, and FMEA methodologies to ensure product excellence.
A collaborative leader capable of guiding global, cross-functional teams.
High proficiency in English; additional European languages (German/French) are a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%) to support global operations.
