For our client, a global professional services and solutions leader, we are looking for a Tax Process Excellence Lead to work in a hybrid model.
We are seeking a professional with a strong background in both Tax and Project Management, who can communicate fluently in English (C1 level minimum).
What will your tasks involve?
- Support the deployment of the Global Business Platform and driving key transformation initiatives.
- Conduct "as-is" analysis and help define target ("to-be") operational processes.
- Facilitate Change Impact Assessments and close gaps between current and future states.
- Provide tax process expertise while ensuring strict alignment with project methodologies.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive overall business readiness.
- Draft SOPs, training assets, and change communications for new ways of working.
- Deliver end-user training to accelerate adoption of newly introduced processes.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing key lessons learned and best practices.
What we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
- Proven Finance/Accounting experience within an SSC/BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of VAT processes (sales, purchases, VAT returns) and Excise taxes.
- Solid foundation in general accounting principles.
- Hands-on familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on end-to-end processes.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Change Management and training—including creating engaging materials and delivering training to foster new ways of working.
