your tasks
- translate written documents (e.g., letters, memos, reports, meeting minutes, safety notices) from local language to English and vice versa
- provide verbal interpretation during meetings, briefings, and site visits involving international and local personnel
- support administrative tasks such as formatting, filing, and distributing translated documents
- ensure translations maintain original meaning and tone
- assist project managers and coordinators in preparing bilingual correspondence and presentations
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information
- coordinate with document control and HR/admin teams for language-related tasks
what we expect
- bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field (or proven equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience in translation/interpretation, ideally in construction or offshore projects
- proficiency in English
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational team environment
