- Lead and coordinate projects (business change requests, system developments and new business on
boarding) across Operations - Identify and solve issues in the projects across the business area
- Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative
solutions Preparation and analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between
business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation; - Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects. Ensure that all

Ensure all issues / potential issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner; Build and
maintain effective working relationships with internal partners: Technology, Oversight teams, Relationship ManagersProject Managers, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business

- An excellent understanding of Financial Operations.
- Minimum 5 years experience within Financial Services
- Previous Reconciliations experience not essential although would be preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
