On behalf of our Client – a global leader in the tobacco industry, we are looking for a DCX Deployment Senior Lead. In this role, you will connect business needs with IT capabilities, coordinating the end-to-end rollout of digital consumer experience features across global markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing sprint planning and deployment processes to ensure new solutions are successfully delivered and aligned with regional priorities.

- coordinate end‑to‑end deployment of selected feature activations across global teams
- lead timely qualification of market/region demand prior to activation
- prepare, align, and document sprint planning based on prioritized items
- maintain all activation documentation and templates (scoping, inputs, UVT, CutOver, smoke tests)
- drive continuous improvement of frameworks, templates, and activation processes
- ensure Jira and Confluence items are consistently updated and support reporting for all stakeholders
- facilitate smooth communication between Regions and Product/Solution Teams
- support Regions in demand prioritization, escalating risks or blockers when needed
- consolidate and maintain reports on BAU, open requests, issues, and identify improvement opportunities for smoother launches
- translate MCCX strategic priorities into actionable launch workstreams
- coordinate operational tasks related to MCCX strategic projects
- connect strategic goals with digital platform capabilities, ensuring launches deliver measurable impact
