What will your tasks involve?
- Support day-to-day production planning activities during the transition to a centralized planning model
- Coordinate with plant operations, supply chain, procurement, customer operations, and centralized planning teams to align production plans with business needs
- Review demand, inventory, capacity, labor, and material availability to support feasible production plans
- Identify planning constraints, schedule risks, and supply issues and escalate concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain and update planning parameters, planning data, and system inputs to support accurate decision-making
- Analyze planning performance and support improvements in schedule attainment, inventory management, and service levels
- Assist in developing and documenting standardized planning processes, routines, and work instructions
- Participate in tier meetings and planning reviews to ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Support scenario analysis and short-term problem solving to address changing business conditions
- Provide feedback on planning process gaps, site challenges, and opportunities as the centralized model evolves
- Help ensure planning decisions are clearly communicated and understood by impacted teams
- Track action items, issues, and decisions related to the transition and planning stabilization effort
What we expect from you?
- Proven experience in a corporate environment related to Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, or Manufacturing Support
- Fluency in French (at least B1 level), both written and spoken, for daily business communication with a French factory
- Fluency in English (at least B1/B2 level), both written and spoken, for daily business communication
- Experience working with any ERP system (SAP is nice to have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
