The Head of Marketing & Growth is the senior strategic and commercial marketing leader for Europe. This executive role is responsible for driving profitable category growth by merging world-class FMCG brand-building with a cutting-edge performance marketing mindset. Leading a diverse regional team, you will act as the primary owner of regional brand strategy, consumer demand generation, revenue growth, and digital asset orchestration.
What will your tasks involve?
- Develop and own integrated brand, trade, and category strategies across European markets to expand market share and maximize revenue growth.
- Architect the full-funnel digital strategy, overseeing paid media allocation (search, programmatic, paid social, and retail media) to achieve strict ROAS, CAC, and conversion targets.
- Define the pan-European social commerce and TikTok Shop strategies, aligning influencer and brand-building programs with conversion objectives.
- Lead creative, media buying, and research agency networks to deliver unified campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and trade marketing touchpoints.
- Ensure flawless brand representation and asset delivery across all e-commerce touchpoints, including Amazon A++ strategies, SEO content alignment, and conversion architecture.
- Oversee consumer-facing planning for New Product Developments (NPD), from positioning and naming to launching cross-functional go-to-market programs.
- Manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing European marketing squad, including Brand Activation Managers and creative specialists, fostering a culture of digital fluency and commercial accountability.
What we expect from you?
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business or Marketing is essential.
- 10–15 years of core marketing experience within consumer goods or FMCG. Specific expertise in personal care, health, or beauty categories is required.
- A proven track record in full-funnel digital performance marketing, with hands-on proficiency in paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and attribution/media mix modeling.
- Deep expertise in Amazon digital shelf optimization and social commerce models (e.g., TikTok Shop).
- Demonstrated experience managing a regional team of 5+ direct reports across multiple European markets. Strong stakeholder communication, agency evaluation, and P&L/budget accountability skills are mandatory.
