- provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies;
- manage administrative HR tasks including onboarding, employment changes, contract preparation, and terminations;
- handle employee inquiries via various communication channels and ensure a high standard of service;
- maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems;
- cooperate with payroll, recruitment, and training teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment;
- prepare HR-related documentation (e.g., employment contracts, annexes, certificates, employment confirmations);
- ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor law requirements;
- support the continuous improvement of HR processes by sharing ideas and identifying opportunities for simplification or automation
- bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field is preferred;
- fluent in English (written and spoken), min C1;
- excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach;
- high attention to detail and accuracy in daily work;
- ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is an advantage
