- coordinate and oversee HR operational processes in cooperation with external vendors
- handle employee queries related to HR matters
- manage personnel documentation in compliance with Polish labor law
- support onboarding processes
- provide support in other HR-related matters, such as recruitment processes
- maintain accurate documentation and reports related to HR processes
- collaborate closely with other HR teams
- minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations
- in-depth knowledge of HR processes and tools as well as Polish labor law
- experience in working with service providers in te HR area
- previous experience working in a start-up or newly established company would be a strong advantage
- fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- strong organizational and communication skills
