We are seeking a driven and organized IT Project Leader to oversee and deliver technology projects from initiation through closure. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional international teams, manage external vendors, and ensure alignement with business objectives, budgets, and quality standards. What will your tasks involve?
- end-to-end project leadership: taking full ownership of IT projects across their entire lifecycle - from initial scope definition and planning through execution, deployment, hypercare, and final closure
- planning & execution: developing and maintaining structured project plans to ensure deliverables, scope, milestones, and quality standards are met on schedule
- financial management: overseeing project budgets, including financial forecasting, cost tracking, and regular reporting on budget variances
- vendor & partner management: coordinating external vendors and system integrators to ensure all contractual deliverables and timelines are met
- stakeholder communication & governance: organizing steering committees, team syncs, and status updates to keep business leaders and partners informed and aligned
- risk & issue resolution: proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, driving quick resolution to keep workstreams moving smoothly cross-functional coordination: aligning diverse teams—including business, IT, vendors, procurement, legal, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations
- change & compliance management: managing change requests with proper impact assessments while ensuring compliance with established standards, architecture, and security protocols
- documentation & delivery support: partnering with solution experts and architects to maintain high-quality project documentation and support solution adoption during testing and rollout
What we expect from you?
- 2–5 years of experience successfully leading IT projects (e.g., software implementation, digital transformation, technology deployment)
- proven experience managing external vendors and system integrators
- strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- hands-on experience with budget management, financial planning, and cost reporting
- solid background in risk management, dependency tracking, and governance execution
- demonstrated ability to manage multi-level stakeholders and communicate effectively across international, cross-functional teams
- exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- fluency in English (both written and spoken)
