For our client, a leading provider of digital engineering services, we are looking for a driven and dynamic IT Recruiter to join their team in Cracow office and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for external clients across a variety of IT and technology projects.

your tasks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding),
- Partner closely with external clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team structures,
- Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, boolean search) to attract top IT talent in Poland and other EU regions,
- Conduct initial screening and technical assessments in coordination with hiring teams,
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles (e.g., Backend Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.),
- Coordinate interview processes, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely closure of open positions,
- Support clients in offer preparation and candidate closing strategies,
- Maintain and update recruitment systems and documentation,
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology stacks.
what we expect
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for external clients or consulting firms.
- Proven track record in end-to-end hiring across multiple IT roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with common IT stacks: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.,
- Strong understanding of the Polish tech market and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, GitHub, StackOverflow),
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1) and Polish Native,
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills,
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
