- support change management activities related to governance tools, processes, and new requirements
- assist in audits, data assessment, and governance initiatives
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of governance policies and processes
- act as a key interface between Data Analysts and Data Governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and tools (LeanIX, Atlan, EDP)
- provide user support and training related to data governance processes and tools, actively participate in training materials preparations
- execute periodical quality checks, contents review and cleaning on the KPI’s in respective governance tools (Atlan, LeanIX)
- actively participate in Atlan workflow new capability demands creation to ensure Data Governance requirements are integrated into new design
- strong interest in data governance, data management, and data quality topics
- knowledge of data privacy regulations
- familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Atlan, LeanIX, or similar data catalog/governance platforms is a strong asset
- ability to translate business needs into structured documentation and training materials
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- experience in training delivery, onboarding, or knowledge sharing is a strong asset
- knowledge of Power BI, VBA
