What will your tasks involve?
- collaborate with company regions, affiliates and Global Procurement teams to implement category and sourcing strategies
- lead end-to-end supplier selection processes, including competitive bidding
- conduct market analysis, prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate supplier submissions and provide recommendations for supplier selection
- negotiate commercial terms and conditions and draft, review and execute contracts
- build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, risk mitigation and value creation
- perform advanced spend, volume and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making
What we expect from you?
- minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement, including sourcing activities, supplier management and contract negotiation within an international environment
- university degree preferably in Business Administration /Economics / Trade/ Procurement or related fields of study
- project management experience from Procurement perspective
- fluent command of English and Italian or Hungarian (C1 or higher)
- strong analytical skills, solid knowledge and experience in using Excel
- ability to analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform strategic sourcing decisions
- customer centric approach accompanied with communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow up on projects and deal with business partners of all levels including senior stakeholders
- proactive approach, self-driven and able to work independently in a cross-cultural business environment
